新科技的現代與未來，每個人的生活憑藉著上億電子零件去支撐，電子零件就像是人體外在的延伸細胞，它運作著肉體外的行為，是生活的細胞。而多數的生活細胞就像包覆在肉體之下，我們無法辨識其中的好與壞，更無法掌控其細胞的增減對生活所帶來的衝擊。電子細胞所撐起的生活型態一直以密集且焦慮的行進方式前進，然而，在無關對與錯的狀態下我們真的清楚我們前進的方向嗎?
In the new technology
of today and the future, we find a human world containing billions of
electronic components, which are fundamental and indispensable parts of us just
like the cells making up the human body, and which also determine how we live
in the world. We cannot measure the good and bad in them, and even less can we
measure the continuously changing impact of this technology on our lives. We
live in a world characterized by the relentless, worrying development of
technology. Can we understand the direction in which we are heading without
asking about questions of right and wrong?
